(45 mins) Starts at 12 Noon on Fridays. Primary Ashtanga to help you develop flexibility and balance.

Pilates

(45mins) A combination of repeatable exercises combined to help you lengthen and strengthen the muscle while conditioning the core.

REVs is MINT's Studio Cycling Class. No headwinds, No traffic, No worries. email: M1NT will be actively adjusting the class times and class types to create an exciting schedule for their members.

Details on the classes

Group Fitness classes can be purchased as single sessions and cost $15 for non-members, $5 for members. Concession cards are $120 for 10 classes for non members

Small Group Personal Training Courses are for a set number of weeks and must be paid up front before commencement.  Check out our SWAT
