All our Mint trainers are REPs–registered. REPs is the Register of Exercise Professionals (yes, we think the name's deliberate). We've been in the fitness and nutrition business since the days when legwarmers were a workout must-have, and we've learnt a lot along the way. Most importantly: the personal training experience must be enjoyable. That's why we strive to make every session exhilarating and fun - for our clients as well as us.
