PT 30: Maximum Results in Minimum Time

Your time is valuable, and so is your fitness. With this effective and efficient 30 minute personal training experience, you can maximise both. We'll give you guidance for warm-ups and stretches, but you'll do them yourself when our clock isn't running. This affordable option allows for regular sessions more often, and at only 30 minutes the “I'm too busy” excuse just won't cut it.

PT 45: Mint Signature PT – Lengthen and Strengthen

The PT30 plus stretching and core strengthening.
Your core muscles won't show up when you're posing in the mirror, but core activation and flexibility are key to overall fitness. We'll give you extra training to lengthen and strengthen these vital areas, and take you through your stretches at the end of the session.

PT 60: Focussed and Specific

The PT45 plus specifity and advanced training.
A great idea when you're starting out and need some guidance to get familiar with machines and exercises. Or you're a seasoned regular but could do with a hand working on those hard-to-change areas. Or you just need that extra motivation. Whatever your needs, it's the ultimate Personal Training session.

PT One Two

PT ONE TWO One trainer, two clients. This session works best when both clients have the same objectives – say fat loss or muscle gain or toning. It's cost effective and you get to train with a friend or colleague – so you can take turns at giving back-chat to your trainer .

MINT 2U – Mobile Personal Training

Our goal is to remove any obstacles to you reaching your goal. If that means we come to you, no problem! Sessions can be held at you home or office – or anywhere with a green sticker. Failing that, or if you just like your exercise al fresco, we'll see you in the park. And just like our other sessions, MINT2U can be one-on-one, or with a buddy, and as often as you require.
